  • • Your mission as a Product Marketing Manager will be to transform Vibe's product innovations into compelling narratives, robust go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and revenue-generating enablement programs. In this pivotal role, you will significantly influence how Vibe brings its products to market by developing precise and impactful messaging, creating high-impact launch collateral, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to solidify Vibe's position as a preeminent force in the CTV advertising sector.
  • • You will be tasked with translating intricate product capabilities into clear, benefit-driven value propositions. This includes providing the sales team with indispensable assets required for success and collaborating on impactful case studies that vividly showcase real-world customer achievements and the transformative power of Vibe's solutions.
  • • Driven by a commitment to data-informed decision-making and continuous iteration, you will play a crucial role in refining our GTM strategies. Your efforts will ensure that every product launch resonates deeply with the target audience, achieves widespread adoption, and contributes directly to measurable product growth.
  • • Key responsibilities will encompass the development and execution of comprehensive Go-To-Market Strategies, including the creation of concise, engaging short-form content to amplify product launches and announcements. You will be a central figure in Storytelling, collaborating closely with diverse functions such as website development and event planning to ensure consistent and compelling messaging and positioning across all touchpoints.
  • • In Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for producing essential collateral, including one-pagers, presentation decks, and internal documentation, equipping the sales force with the tools they need to effectively communicate Vibe's value proposition and close deals. Furthermore, you will author impactful Case Studies, working hand-in-hand with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to engage with clients, gather insights, and produce inspiring narratives that highlight customer success and product value.
  • • A core tenet of this role is the commitment to Measure & Iterate. You will possess an insatiable curiosity for data, meticulously tracking product activation, user engagement, and overall impact across all initiatives. This data-driven approach will inform continuous optimization of our marketing efforts and product strategies, ensuring we are always learning and improving.
  • • You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you can take ownership and drive initiatives from inception to completion. Your ability to translate complex technical features into easily understandable benefits will be paramount, ensuring that both internal teams and external customers grasp the full value proposition of Vibe's offerings.

  • • You will be empowered to experiment with new marketing channels and tactics, leveraging data to identify what works best and scaling those successes. Your strategic thinking will be crucial in identifying market opportunities and developing tailored GTM plans to capitalize on them.
  • • Collaboration will be key; you'll work closely with Product Management to understand the product roadmap and translate it into market-ready messaging, and with Marketing to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Your input will be vital in shaping the product roadmap itself based on market feedback and competitive analysis.
  • • Ultimately, you will be the voice of the product in the market, ensuring that our messaging is clear, consistent, and compelling, driving both awareness and adoption.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or a closely related role, ideally within B2B SaaS, self-serve SMB, or AdTech/MarTech industries.
  • • Proven ability to build and execute GTM strategies, including messaging, positioning, and launch plans.
  • • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in tracking product adoption, measuring campaign effectiveness, and iterating based on performance data.
  • • Hands-on, builder mentality with a proven track record of thriving in zero-to-one environments and creating marketing programs from scratch.
