Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • As a Product Marketing Manager at CreatorIQ, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the market perceives and adopts the company’s creator-led growth platform, directly influencing pipeline, revenue, and brand positioning in a fast-growing, category-defining SaaS business trusted by over 1,300 global brands and agencies.
- • You will report to the Director of Product Marketing and own end-to-end product marketing initiatives that span the full customer and prospect journey — from crafting go-to-market messaging and demand generation content to enabling sales teams with battlecards and competitive intelligence — ensuring alignment across product, sales, customer success, and leadership teams.
- • Day to day, you will develop and manage external communications such as product announcements, customer newsletters, release notes, and go-to-market messaging that keeps customers and prospects informed and engaged.
- • You will create compelling, AI-augmented content for mid and bottom-funnel demand tailored to enterprise marketing buyers, including video, blog posts, articles, and downloadable assets like whitepapers and case studies.
- • You will produce high-quality sales enablement materials such as battlecards, persona guides, and competitive intelligence reports that equip the revenue team to win complex deals and navigate enterprise buying committees.
- • You will partner closely with cross-functional teams in product, sales, customer success, and marketing to align on priorities, surface customer needs, and ensure all marketing materials reflect the latest product capabilities and market dynamics.
- • You will own your workload with strong organizational discipline, using project management tools like Asana to track timelines, manage multiple concurrent projects, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- • You will leverage AI tools thoughtfully to enhance content quality, accelerate output, and unlock capacity — while preserving strategic thinking and authentic human voice in all marketing communications.
- • You will develop deep expertise in the CreatorIQ platform, including its features, use cases, and value drivers, by recording walkthroughs, capturing product visuals, and staying current with releases to speak credibly with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- • You will work within a talented, collaborative, and friendly marketing team at a company recognized as a Best Place to Work (BuiltIn LA/NY), a Deloitte Technology Fast 500™ honoree for four years, and a Leader in IDC MarketScape and Forrester New Wave™ for influencer marketing platforms.
- • In this role, you will sharpen your strategic thinking, executive communication, and cross-functional influence while gaining deep expertise in enterprise SaaS marketing, the creator economy, and AI-augmented workflows — positioning you for growth into senior product marketing or marketing leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, with a proven ability to understand enterprise buyer behavior and complex sales cycles.
- • Strong, versatile writing skills capable of communicating product value across formats — emails, articles, PDFs, slides — while maintaining a consistent and authentic brand voice.
- • Experience in sales enablement, including building battlecards, persona frameworks, and competitive intelligence programs that are actively used by sales teams.
- • Self-directed and resourceful mindset: you identify gaps, ask the right questions, track down information, and initiate work without waiting for direction.
- • Organized and process-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines using tools like Asana (familiarity a plus).
- • Fluent in AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for research, synthesis, and content enhancement, with judgment to know when human insight leads.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Work with talented, collaborative, and friendly people who love what they do in an inclusive, equitable, and empowering environment.
- • Access to a learning platform for training and tools to ensure success from day one.
- • Surprise meal stipends to enjoy meals prepared by others, even while working remotely.
- • Work/life harmony: 15 days vacation, floating and set holidays, wellness allowance, and paid parental leave.
- • Whole Health Package: medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and more.
- • 401(k) savings plan (USA) to support long-term financial planning.
- • Work-from-home stipend to set up a productive home office (or buy a dog leash — your choice).
