- • Your primary responsibility will be to distill complex product capabilities into a sharp, understandable market point of view. This involves clearly defining the target audience, articulating what problems our products solve, identifying what existing solutions they supersede, and substantiating why our offerings are superior. You will be the architect of this narrative, ensuring it resonates with potential customers and stakeholders.
- • You will orchestrate product introductions with a systematic approach, moving beyond the traditional event-driven launch model. This includes defining precise success metrics, meticulously sequencing readiness activities across all relevant teams (product, engineering, sales, marketing, support), and ensuring that enablement materials and compelling proof points are delivered in perfect synchrony with the product's availability. The goal is to create a cohesive and impactful market entry.

You will be responsible for tying messaging strategies and product launches to tangible outcomes such as pipeline influence, customer activation rates, and retention metrics. This will involve designing and running lightweight, iterative experiments to rapidly refine our pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies based on data-driven insights.
- • Success in this role hinges on your ability to influence without direct authority. You will lead by fostering alignment across product, sales, and marketing departments. This requires proactively pre-wiring key decisions, surfacing potential risks and challenges early in the process, and skillfully managing trade-offs to ensure all teams are working in lockstep towards common goals. Your ability to build consensus and drive alignment will be critical.
- • You will be a key contributor to defining the go-to-market strategy for new features and products, working closely with product management to understand the roadmap and identify market opportunities. - • Continuously seeking feedback from sales, customer success, and customers to refine product messaging, identify unmet needs, and inform future product development and marketing strategies.
- • Driving the development of product-led growth initiatives, identifying opportunities to leverage the product itself as a channel for customer acquisition, activation, and expansion.
- • Analyzing product usage data and market trends to identify opportunities for product differentiation and to inform strategic marketing decisions.
- • You will be a champion for the customer, ensuring their voice is heard throughout the product development and marketing lifecycle, and advocating for solutions that address their most pressing challenges.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, with a strong preference for experience within a high-growth technology company.
- • Proven ability to own and execute end-to-end product launches, demonstrating a track record of success.
- • Demonstrated skill in synthesizing complex technical concepts into simple, specific, and provable narratives that effectively resonate with executive, sales, and partner audiences.
