- • Own the full GTM lifecycle for Hostinger’s AI Website Builder—craft positioning, messaging, and launch plans that turn a feature-rich product into the default choice for anyone who wants to get online fast.
- • Translate market, competitive, and customer intelligence into clear value propositions; run win/loss, JTBD, and pricing studies that feed directly into roadmap prioritization and revenue forecasts.
- • Design and execute multi-channel adoption campaigns (paid, lifecycle, SEO, in-product, and partner) that move prospects from awareness to activation and expansion; set KPIs, forecast impact, and iterate weekly based on cohort data.
- • Lead quarterly OKR setting with Product, Growth, Brand, and Regional teams; define scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics so every squad knows exactly how their work ladders up to ARR and market-share goals.
- • Build launch playbooks that scale globally: create battle cards, sales enablement kits, landing pages, demo videos, and email sequences that regional teams can localize and deploy in under 48 hours.
- • Run always-on experimentation—A/B test pricing tiers, onboarding flows, and referral loops; surface insights to Product to improve AI prompts, templates, and upsell moments, driving +X% activation and +Y% expansion MRR.
- • Monitor funnel health daily in Amplitude, Looker, and BigQuery; build dashboards that surface leading indicators (trial-to-paid, time-to-first-publish, NPS) and flag risks before they hit revenue.
- • Partner with Finance and Data Science to model LTV, CAC, and payback by segment, then re-allocate budget across channels and geos to maximize ROI and hit 30%+ YoY growth targets.
- • Champion the voice of the customer in every room: run monthly customer councils, synthesize feedback into one-page briefs, and ensure roadmap trade-offs balance user delight with monetization.
- • Mentor junior marketers and share best practices across the 30-person Marketing & Growth org; contribute to Hostinger’s internal wiki and lead “lunch-and-learn” sessions on AI trends, GTM tactics, and growth experiments.
- • Stay ahead of the curve—track AI, no-code, and web-builder landscapes; produce quarterly competitive teardowns and thought-leadership posts that position Hostinger as the category innovator.
- • Embody Hostinger’s 10 principles: act with customer obsession, bias for action, and a “can-do” mindset—whether you’re shipping a campaign at 9 pm or jumping on a last-minute call with APAC sales.
