- • As a Product Marketing Manager at Brighterly, you will drive teacher acquisition through performance marketing, directly impacting the company’s ability to scale its tutor-led math and reading platform for children in the U.S.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include creating and testing ad creatives to optimize Cost Per Hire (CPH), launching and scaling Meta Ads campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, presenting insights to stakeholders, conducting Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) on landing pages, and expanding into new channels like TikTok while building employer branding for teachers.
- • You will join a fast-growing EdTech company backed by Skelar AS, a Ukrainian venture builder that has scaled its marketing team from 3 to 10 members and is building a global impact through education and humanitarian initiatives via the Skelar Foundation.
- • In this role, you will gain end-to-end ownership of performance marketing for teacher acquisition, deepen your expertise in paid social and CRO, and directly contribute to a mission-driven business that helps thousands of children learn better every day.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3+ years of experience in marketing, specifically as a marketing manager, project/account manager in a performance agency, or a similar role with deep involvement in creatives and paid social
- • Proven experience managing advertising campaigns with monthly budgets of $20,000 or more
- • Demonstrated ability to create high-performing creatives for Meta and TikTok platforms
- • Strong understanding of key marketing metrics and how they influence one another
- • Hands-on experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), including testing hypotheses on landing pages and explaining results
