- • You will build and scale the customer reference program by recruiting and managing a pool of referenceable customers in partnership with Sales and CS, creating a simple system for AEs/AMs to activate the right reference, and tracking utilization and influence on deals.

- • You will create customer-facing enablement content including onboarding guides, adoption playbooks, product updates, and newsletters, partnering with Product, CS, and Growth to drive adoption, usage, and expansion.
- • You will support "Powered by Deepgram" and co-marketing efforts by coordinating quotes, approvals, and customer participation across launches, events, and partner campaigns, working closely with BD and Partner Marketing to amplify customer stories.
- • You will measure and improve impact by tracking key metrics such as case study production and usage, reference program utilization, deal influence, and review growth and quality, then sharing insights with Sales, CS, and leadership to continuously improve programs.
- • You will thrive in this role if you have built or scaled customer marketing/advocacy programs with real outputs, view storytelling as a revenue driver, proactively source stories, enjoy building lightweight systems and processes, are a strong interviewer who turns short conversations into compelling stories, enjoy cross-functional collaboration, and are excited about AI, developer tools, or technical products.
- • Deepgram operates with an AI-first mindset where all team members are expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, integrate AI into workflows, and continuously push boundaries—making this role ideal for those excited to adapt, learn constantly, and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- • You will join a mission-driven company powering the Voice AI economy, trusted by over 200,000 developers and 1,300+ organizations including Twilio, Cloudflare, Sierra, and Jack in the Box, with Deepgram’s voice-native foundation models delivering unmatched accuracy, low latency, and cost efficiency via cloud APIs or self-hosted solutions.
