  • • Lead flagship product launches for Clay's Orchestration products, owning end-to-end positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution in partnership with Product and Engineering teams.
  • • Build and own the overarching narrative for Clay’s orchestration capabilities, translating individual product features into a cohesive story about how they enable end-to-end go-to-market workflows at scale.
  • • Drive product adoption through targeted campaigns, sales enablement assets, and lifecycle marketing programs that move customers from awareness to active usage of new orchestration features.
  • • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on launch readiness, including pricing, packaging, and feature prioritization, ensuring GTM strategy aligns with product development.
  • • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for sales teams, customer success, and other customer-facing functions.
  • • Shape and refine product positioning across the orchestration product area by developing mental models and frameworks that help customers understand the simplicity and power of building on Clay.
  • • Surface actionable product feedback from customer conversations, adoption data, and launch performance to influence the product roadmap and inform future development priorities.
  • • Integrate AI tools—including Clay’s own platform—to automate routine marketing tasks, increase efficiency, and enhance the quality and speed of campaign execution.
  • • Partner closely with Sales, Growth, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, enablement materials, and customer outreach strategies for orchestration products.
  • • Own the product marketing function for one of Clay’s most critical and high-visibility product areas, with direct impact on revenue growth and customer expansion.
  • • Work cross-functionally across Engineering, Design, and Product to deeply understand technical capabilities and accurately represent them in GTM materials and customer communications.
  • • Contribute to the scaling of Clay’s Product Marketing team by demonstrating leadership potential and a clear path toward managing others as the function grows.
  • • Maintain deep familiarity with Clay’s operating principles, including negative maintenance and non-attached action, and apply them to marketing strategy and execution.
  • • Engage with Clay’s community of 11,000+ customers, 150+ integration partners, and 30k Slack members to gather insights and validate messaging assumptions.
  • • Leverage insights from Clay’s press coverage, customer testimonials, and internal analytics to continuously refine product narratives and market positioning.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years specifically in product marketing at B2B SaaS companies
  • • Proven track record of launching flagship products that drove measurable go-to-market impact across both sales-led and product-led growth motions
  • • Experience marketing workflow or data orchestration tools (nice-to-have)
  • • Demonstrated ability to translate technical product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for GTM audiences
  • • Cross-functional experience with product readiness, pricing, and packaging decisions
  • • Either prior people management experience or a clear path to growing into a management role within Clay’s expanding Product Marketing team
