• • The Product Operations Associate role at Pebl Technologies is a 2-month fixed-term contractor position focused on supporting a critical HR operations project involving the implementation and migration of Time Off policies within internal systems. This role ensures accurate configuration, data integrity, and seamless transition of employee leave policies across global operations.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include inputting and configuring Time Off policies based on guidelines, translating policy rules into system settings (such as accruals, carryover, and eligibility), migrating employees from old to new policies, validating data accuracy before and after migration, following SOPs, identifying and flagging data inconsistencies, collaborating with HR and Operations teams to resolve issues, and maintaining organized records of work progress.
