📋 Description

• • As a Product Operations Manager, Delivery at Flock Safety Inc., you will drive efficiency, cost, and quality improvements across the delivery team, ensuring the company has the infrastructure and operational processes to scale rapidly while solving complex operational problems.
• • Day to day, you will analyze data and build reporting to drive cost improvements, partner with internal and external stakeholders to solve pressing delivery challenges, identify and implement scalable process improvements, own team-level OKRs, and launch solutions quickly with a bias for action.
