- • As a Product Owner at Precision Medicine Group, you will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical execution, ensuring timely delivery of products and productized services in oncology access, social/digital listening, and clinical trial document analysis.
- • Day to day, you will manage product and project backlogs in Azure DevOps, lead feature and user story grooming, sprint planning, and testing coordination, while identifying risks and escalating to stakeholders as needed.
- • You will work closely with an established India-based engineering and research team, alongside global product managers and product owners, to balance workloads, maintain sprint hygiene, and drive alignment across product, engineering, and research functions.
- • In this role, you will gain deep experience in scaling agile practices, translating complex requirements into actionable work items, and contributing to AI-powered offerings by collaborating with subject matter experts and data teams to build productized services.
- • You will also develop expertise in process improvement, dashboarding for leadership visibility, and coordinating data operations tasks such as dataset refreshes and quality checks, positioning you as a trusted partner in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Operations Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
- • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a SAFe/Agile organization as a Sr Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager, or related role
- • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (mandatory)
- • Ability to write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- • Strong organizational and communication skills
- • Experience collaborating with Engineering, Data, and Product teams
- • Comfort working with analytics and data-driven workflows
