📋 Description

  • As a Product Owner on Asana’s Revenue Technology (RevTech) team, you will be a critical enabler of the company’s Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy by ensuring that Sales, Support, Renewals, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams have reliable, scalable, and well-integrated systems to drive growth and operational efficiency.
  • You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of system needs for business teams, including triaging and prioritizing Run the Business requests, troubleshooting issues, writing SOQL/SOSL queries, implementing configuration changes, and facilitating enhancements in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal disruption and maximum adoption.
  • You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Revenue, Field Teams, RevOps, FinOps, Enterprise Technology, and R&D to translate business needs into clear product requirements, drive alignment on priorities through grooming sessions, and ensure documentation is updated for system changes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS platforms—particularly Salesforce ecosystems—while developing strategic product thinking, Agile mastery, and cross-functional leadership skills, positioning you to influence how technology scales with Asana’s mission of enabling human + AI collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise business systems in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex Salesforce logic, including Flows and Apex code; Salesforce Administrator experience or certification is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ), Service Cloud, or similar CRM platforms; familiarity with GainSight, IronClad, Outreach, Clari, or partner portal technologies is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated skill in translating customer needs into actionable product requirements, backed by empathy, user research, and a deep understanding of the customer journey.
  • Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, with a track record of effective collaboration across developers, designers, and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for technical and non-technical audiences, actively listen, ask insightful questions, and provide clear, concise feedback.
