- • As a Product Recruiter at Trading 212 UK Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s product talent by partnering directly with Product Leaders to define hiring needs, design sourcing strategies, and manage end-to-end recruitment for Product Owner and Product Manager roles—directly contributing to the company’s mission of enabling everyone to build wealth through exceptional trading and investing products.
- • You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for product roles, including proactive pipeline building, candidate qualification, offer management, and employer branding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while leveraging data-driven practices to optimize hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and pipeline conversion.
- • You will join a high-velocity, excellence-driven team at Trading 212, a fast-growing fintech serving over 5 million clients with €30B+ in assets under management, where innovation, autonomy, and impact are deeply embedded in the culture.
- • In this role, you will sharpen your expertise in product talent acquisition, develop advanced sourcing and assessment techniques for PO/PM profiles, and gain influence as a trusted advisor to product leadership—positioning yourself as a strategic partner in shaping the future of one of Europe’s most dynamic tech companies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven in-house experience recruiting for product roles (Product Owner, Product Manager) at a technology company, with full ownership of the product hiring function
- • Ability to independently assess what strong PO and PM candidates look like across diverse product contexts without needing repeated briefings from hiring managers
- • Track record of building proactive talent pipelines and sourcing independently, anticipating hiring needs before requisitions are opened
- • Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills, with the ability to engage product leaders as a credible peer and counterpart
- • Fluency in English and strong writing skills to craft compelling outreach, job descriptions, and candidate communications
- • Measurable delivery on key hiring metrics including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, and offer acceptance
