  • • Spearhead the growth of new and existing customer accounts by identifying critical business pain points and demonstrating high-impact mechanical estimating software solutions to MEP contractors.
  • • Partner with Account Sales Executives to research, develop, and close high-value leads within a specialized territory focused on the mechanical contracting industry.
  • • Own the end-to-end buying process for prospects, acting as a visionary pragmatist to align Trimble’s AutoBid software with real-world operational needs of mechanical estimating teams.
  • • Drive adoption of Trimble’s AECO technology by positioning AutoBid as a digital transformation tool that enhances bidding accuracy and construction efficiency.
  • • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets through strategic territory planning, pipeline management, and consistent execution of sales activities.
  • • Collaborate with product marketing teams to stay current on software enhancements, industry trends, and customer use cases to sharpen sales messaging and positioning.
  • • Serve as a specialized expert in mechanical estimating workflows, leveraging direct industry experience to build credibility and trust with contractor clients.
  • • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities by conducting targeted outreach, demonstrations, and consultative selling within the MEP contracting community.
  • • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track all sales activities, forecast pipeline performance, and ensure accurate reporting of key metrics and customer interactions.
  • • Travel up to 50% as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support regional sales initiatives across the United States.
  • • Act as the primary technical and functional advocate for AutoBid software during the sales cycle, translating complex software capabilities into clear business value for contractors.
  • • Represent Trimble as a thought leader in the digital transformation of mechanical estimating, helping traditional contractors transition from manual processes to SaaS-based digital workflows.
  • • Engage with decision-makers at all levels within contracting firms, from estimators and project managers to executive leadership, to align software adoption with organizational goals.
  • • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales materials, demos, and training resources by providing frontline feedback from customer interactions and market needs.
  • • Maintain deep familiarity with competitive estimating solutions and market dynamics to effectively position AutoBid as the industry-leading solution.
  • • Embrace an entrepreneurial, self-authored approach to sales success, taking initiative to identify and pursue high-potential opportunities without direct oversight.
