📋 Description

• As a Product Specialist at Togal.AI, you will play a critical role in supporting and scaling the company’s growing customer base by guiding new and existing users through onboarding and ensuring they derive maximum value from the AI-powered construction estimating platform.
• Day to day, you will lead onboarding webinars, design and deliver customized training sessions tailored to trade-specific workflows, maintain training materials such as user guides and video tutorials, host regular Office Hours to support customer engagement, and proactively engage users to drive adoption and identify potential roadblocks early.
• You will join an innovative technology company founded by construction industry veterans, providing a cutting-edge AI-powered cloud platform that automates takeoff tasks, helping estimators work up to 80% faster while reducing costly errors through real-time collaboration and conversational AI interfaces.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in construction technology and SaaS onboarding, build strong customer-facing technical skills, contribute to process improvements based on user feedback, and grow your career in a fast-paced AI startup environment where initiative and ownership are highly valued.

🎯 Requirements

• Construction industry experience highly preferred
• Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, training, or support, ideally in a SaaS or technical environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor content to different user personas
• Proficient in creating training content and documentation
• Self-starter with a customer-first mindset and proactive problem-solving skills
