- • As a Product Success Specialist for AI Virtual Agents at ServiceTitan, you will be the key driver in turning signed contracts into fully activated, high-value customer experiences, ensuring measurable ROI from the Voice Agent product.
- • Day to day, you will own the end-to-end onboarding journey, run personalized product demos using customer data, drive adoption and usage metrics, troubleshoot configuration issues, and act as the voice of the customer to influence product development.
- • You will join a high-impact, customer-facing team at the forefront of AI innovation in the trades industry, working closely with Product, GTM, marketing, and implementation teams to refine onboarding playbooks and drive feature adoption.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI-powered virtual agents, strengthen your technical and customer success skills, and gain experience in SaaS post-sale lifecycle management while making a visible, measurable impact on customer retention and product value realization.
