  • • The Product Support Analyst Tier 2-Japanese Speaking role is critical to Keyloop’s strategic growth and profitability by ensuring excellent support service delivery through ownership, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of customer issues to successful closure, with timely escalation when needed.
  • • Day to day, the role involves owning and resolving complex technical problems, assisting colleagues, communicating clearly and efficiently with global customers, peers, and managers, and maintaining high standards of service excellence through resourcefulness, organization, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • • The team operates within Keyloop Limited’s global support function, focused on delivering high-performance service to international customers, requiring collaboration across regions and alignment with departmental and company-wide strategic goals.
  • • The person in this role can develop advanced technical troubleshooting expertise, enhance cross-cultural and multilingual communication abilities, gain experience in global support operations, and grow into a trusted subject matter expert contributing to team performance and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Fluency in Japanese (spoken and written) for effective communication with Japanese-speaking customers
  • • Proven experience in technical support or customer service with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, peers, and managers across global teams
