📋 Description
- • As a Product Support Engineer for Rail at Rolls-Royce, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of mtu rail products through maintenance, repair, and customer support, directly contributing to the safety and efficiency of rail operations.
- • Day to day, you will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, conduct fault finding and repairs using technical documentation, complete work records accurately, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, attend customer meetings for work sign-off, and maintain onsite facility cleanliness and HSQE compliance.
- • You will join the Power Systems division of Rolls-Royce Holdings plc, a global leader in power solutions, working within a team dedicated to delivering reliable, technologically advanced systems for marine and infrastructure sectors, with a strong focus on innovation, inclusivity, and high-performance culture.
- • In this role, you will develop hands-on technical expertise with mtu rail systems, gain experience with digital IT platforms like Go!Care and SAP, strengthen your engineering and problem-solving skills, and grow within a company committed to progress, safety, and professional development through training and continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
- • From an engineering background
- • NVQ Level 2 in Engineering or Equivalent
- • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and email
