  • • As a Product Support Recruiter for Ashby in the UK/Ireland, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s global Support function by owning end-to-end recruitment for critical roles across ticket-bearing teams, support engineering, and leadership positions in North America, EMEA, and APAC. Your work directly impacts Ashby’s ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences through its talent acquisition software, which is used by industry leaders like Notion, Linear, Shopify, and Snowflake.
  • • You will attract, evaluate, and hire top-tier Support talent by developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies, qualifying requirements with hiring managers, leveraging Ashby’s own platform for data-driven decision-making, and building sustainable talent pipelines that reduce reliance on traditional inbound and referral channels while maintaining high standards of quality, diversity, and volume.
  • • You will join a mission-driven, high-growth GTM recruiting team led by Anna Hall, where humility, continuous improvement, and excellence are core values. Ashby’s culture emphasizes using its own product to refine hiring practices, and you’ll become an expert user and thought leader in talent tech, contributing to the broader recruiting community through insights and frameworks shared publicly.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global B2B SaaS recruiting, particularly within Support functions, while gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge talent acquisition technology. You’ll have the opportunity to shape recruitment infrastructure for future scaling, influence hiring practices across regions, and grow as a strategic partner to Support leaders—all while working at a well-funded, profitable company with >100% YoY ARR growth, over 4,000 customers, low churn, and multiple years of runway.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record as a Go To Market Recruiter with experience hiring for Support teams in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with exposure to hiring nuances across Europe, APAC, and North America.
  • • Data-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to optimize recruiting workflows, balance diversity, quality, and volume, and use metrics to drive hiring improvements.
  • • Experience creating innovative sourcing strategies that differentiate talent pipelines from traditional inbound and referral sources, including Boolean search, talent mapping, and proactive outreach.
  • • Skill in requisition qualification with senior leaders and hiring managers to accurately define role requirements and align on ideal candidate profiles.
  • • Capacity to manage high volumes of outreach, screening calls, and pipeline activities while prioritizing workload effectively and conducting root cause analysis on hiring funnels.
