- • As a Product Support Specialist at Finvari Technologies Inc., you will serve as the front line of support for customers, troubleshooting issues, answering product questions, and ensuring an excellent user experience on the platform. This role is critical to maintaining customer satisfaction and driving product improvements through direct user feedback.
- • Day to day, you will serve as the first point of contact via email and chat, provide Tier 1 support for product usage and technical issues, troubleshoot workflows by testing and analyzing data, escalate complex issues while maintaining clear communication, and develop deep product knowledge in payments workflows and construction use cases.
- • Finvari is a fast-growing SaaS startup transforming construction payments by eliminating manual tasks and empowering industry leaders to focus on building infrastructure. - • In this role, you will develop technical curiosity, analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration abilities by working closely with Product and Engineering teams, contributing to process improvements, documenting customer insights, and gaining hands-on experience with SaaS support operations in a high-impact, growth-oriented environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of experience in customer support or a customer-facing role within SaaS, fintech, or a fast-paced startup
- • Strong technical curiosity and problem-solving mindset
- • Basic SQL knowledge or demonstrated ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- • Analytical comfort working with data in Google Sheets or Excel
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
