  • • As a Product Support Specialist at Clay Labs Inc., you will play a pivotal role in helping customers—from enterprises to startups and SMBs—maximize the value of Clay’s product by providing hands-on support and bridging the gap between user needs and product capabilities.
  • • Day to day, you will interact closely with diverse customers to resolve technical issues, gather and analyze feedback for product improvement, create helpful content such as guides and FAQs, and collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to enhance the customer experience.
