• • The Production Support Coordinator provides essential operational support to the production team throughout the real estate transaction process, ensuring smooth execution from pre-closing to post-closing stages for clients.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing real estate records for legal support, updating transaction information based on change requests, maintaining production levels and delivery standards, performing support functions for departmental processes, following defined procedures to complete tasks, using basic communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, and carrying out other duties as assigned by management.
