- • As a Product Manager (Salesforce ISV) at Bullhorn, you will own a business-critical Salesforce ISV application within a complex enterprise environment, directly impacting how over 10,000 global staffing and recruiting firms optimize their end-to-end recruitment processes through Bullhorn’s cloud-based platform.
- • You will drive product strategy and execution by analyzing root causes of customer needs, translating them into actionable solutions, and ensuring alignment between business goals, technical feasibility, and customer value in a fast-paced, market-oriented development environment with short iteration cycles.
- • You will collaborate closely with global enterprise customers, Professional Services, and engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver features that solve real-world problems in the executive search and high-end recruitment space, leveraging data, usage insights, and AI where appropriate.
- • You will manage the full product lifecycle — from backlog refinement and rapid prototyping to implementation support and value validation — ensuring that development teams deeply understand customer context and practical implications of their work.
- • You will operate in a dynamic, results-driven culture that values ownership, agility, and human connection, where your ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed Salesforce logic (objects, flows, APIs, AppExchange) will be critical to success.
- • You will grow your expertise in enterprise SaaS product management within the HR tech domain, gaining deep exposure to Salesforce ISV architecture, AI-enabled tooling, and cross-functional global collaboration — all while advancing your career in a company where 25% of employees are promoted or move internally each year.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 4 years of experience in technical product management, Product Owner, or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS company
- • Proven experience implementing or owning solutions on the Salesforce platform (including objects, flows, APIs, AppExchange)
- • Experience in the recruitment/staffing industry or HR/staffing technology environments (e.g., as a Business Analyst or in Sales Operations)
- • Strong proficiency in Salesforce platform capabilities and ability to apply them to solve complex business problems
- • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools effectively to support product discovery, analysis, and solution definition
- • Data-driven, flexible approach to product strategy with comfort in dynamic environments and ownership of outcomes
