- • The Professional Network Relationship Manager at Vision Service Plan (VSP) is responsible for developing and cultivating productive relationships with key accounts, doctor groups, and other organizations to support the growth and success of VSP’s vision care initiatives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include establishing expertise in assigned regions or accounts on VSP plans, programs, and products; building relationships that drive positive adoption of vision care programs; evaluating key account interactions to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and satisfaction; and acting as a trusted advisor to partner practices.
- • The role involves proactive recruitment of new providers, training and education delivery to optometric associations and top-tier accounts, resolving complex provider issues, and representing VSP at industry meetings to promote product and service adoption.
- • The position requires collaboration with cross-functional business partners, leadership in driving enterprise initiatives with key practices, and the ability to balance provider needs with corporate objectives while maintaining professionalism in high-stakes situations.
- • This role is ideal for a strategic relationship-builder who thrives in a remote environment and is passionate about advancing healthcare partnerships through influence, education, and solution-oriented engagement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- • 4+ years of experience in healthcare, sales, client relationship management, or business development in a customer-focused role
- • Advanced communication, presentation, influencing, and problem-solving skills
- • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and industry leaders
- • Ability to travel as needed
