- • As a Professional Services Consultant specializing in AI Solutions at Mango Technologies, Inc., you will be at the forefront of transforming how businesses operate by architecting and deploying cutting-edge AI agentic automation. This role is pivotal in driving significant, measurable outcomes for our clients, leveraging the power of AI to optimize their workflows, reduce manual effort, enhance quality and compliance, and unlock scalable return on investment.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor to executive and operational stakeholders, guiding them through the strategic implementation of AI solutions. This involves understanding their unique business challenges, identifying high-value opportunities for AI-driven automation, and translating these into actionable roadmaps and deployment plans.
- • The position demands a high degree of autonomy, requiring you to expertly balance strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on delivery. This includes developing comprehensive strategies for AI agent deployment, defining optimal operating models, and ensuring robust value realization, alongside the practical configuration, testing, and launch of these solutions.
- • A key aspect of this role is to contribute to the scalability of our AI solution delivery. You will be instrumental in creating repeatable playbooks, mentoring fellow consultants, and providing critical feedback on product and program enhancements based on your field experiences.
- • You will own senior stakeholder relationships, ensuring that AI agent deployments are tightly aligned with overarching business priorities, operational constraints, and clearly defined success metrics. This involves leading discovery sessions with a consultative mindset to pinpoint workflows ripe for agentic automation and translating abstract goals into concrete, achievable delivery roadmaps.
- • A significant part of your advisory capacity will involve providing expert guidance on governance frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and effective adoption plans for AI-enabled workflows. This includes defining clear ownership structures, escalation paths, monitoring protocols, and change management processes to ensure smooth and secure integration of AI into client operations.
- • Post-launch, you will manage the ongoing customer relationship, proactively monitoring the adoption of AI solutions and their impact. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address any emerging risks, identify opportunities for further optimization, and ensure sustained value delivery.
- • You will lead the entire lifecycle of AI agent engagements, from initial kickoff through to successful launch. This requires meticulous scope control, diligent timeline management, and continuous stakeholder alignment to ensure project success.
- • Responsibilities include detailed process mapping of current and future states, documenting precise requirements, and securing formal sign-off on the proposed build packages. You will also be tasked with optimizing the foundational structure of customer workspaces to effectively support AI-driven operations, including aspects like permissions, templates, reporting, and overall operational hygiene.
- • Hands-on configuration of AI agents and associated workflows will be a core duty. This involves applying best practices in prompt engineering and adhering to established implementation standards to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- • Developing comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and test cases is crucial. You will perform internal validation and coordinate customer validation efforts to confirm that the deployed solutions meet all specified requirements and deliver the intended outcomes.
- • Driving launch readiness and ensuring successful adoption involves conducting thorough enablement sessions for both administrators and end-users, providing detailed walkthroughs, and managing the post-launch stabilization period.
- • You will be responsible for producing high-quality, customer-ready documentation, including detailed process maps, rationale behind agent prompts and configurations, use-case walkthroughs, and operational guidance for ongoing management.
- • Establishing and rigorously tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is essential to demonstrate the tangible business impact of AI solutions, such as efficiency gains, error reduction, increased throughput, improved compliance, and overall ROI.
- • You will proactively identify opportunities for expanding AI use cases and further optimizing client workflows, collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to capitalize on these opportunities.
- • Support for ongoing services, including AI agent updates and periodic recertification, will ensure that deployed solutions remain aligned with evolving customer needs and technological advancements.
- • You will set a high standard for delivery quality and contribute to operational excellence by developing and refining templates, checklists, and playbooks to enhance the repeatability and efficiency of AI solution deployments.
- • Mentoring and enabling other consultants on best practices for AI agent delivery, prompt engineering standards, and common troubleshooting patterns will be a key leadership contribution.
- • You will partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including Solutions, Support, Product/AI, and Integrations, to resolve complex escalations and continuously improve customer outcomes.
- • Crucially, you will surface valuable delivery insights and identify product gaps to inform the future product roadmap, packaging strategies, and overall services offerings of the company.
