📋 Description

• • As a Senior Strategic Services Consultant focused on AI Agent Deployment at ClickUp, you will lead high-impact, end-to-end customer engagements that deliver measurable outcomes through agentic automation, partnering with executive and operational stakeholders to design and deploy ClickUp Certified Agents that optimize workspaces and workflows to reduce manual effort, improve quality and compliance, and unlock scalable ROI.
• • You will operate with high autonomy across complex implementations, balancing strategic advisory (roadmaps, operating models, value realization) with hands-on delivery (configuration, testing, launch, enablement), while shaping how ClickUp scales Certified Agent delivery by creating repeatable playbooks, mentoring others, and feeding product and program insights back into the organization.
• • You will partner with executive and operational stakeholders to align agent deployments to business priorities, lead discovery to identify high-value workflows for agentic automation, provide guidance on governance and risk controls for AI-enabled workflows, and own ongoing post-launch customer relationship management by monitoring adoption, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and identifying expansion opportunities.
• • You will lead kickoff through launch for Certified Agent engagements, run process mapping, document requirements, optimize workspace foundations, configure agents and workflows, build UAT plans, drive launch readiness through enablement, and produce customer-ready documentation including process maps and use-case walkthroughs.
• • You will establish and track KPIs demonstrating business impact, identify expansion opportunities for additional agent use cases, support ongoing services like agent updates and recertification, set a high bar for delivery quality through templates and playbooks, mentor other consultants, partner cross-functionally to resolve escalations, and surface delivery insights to inform product roadmap and services strategy.
