• • Mission Cloud Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Professional Services Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This fully remote role is crucial for supporting our Professional Services leadership and delivery teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our client engagements. You will be instrumental in maintaining accurate operational data, producing insightful reports, and facilitating key operational rhythms that drive informed decision-making across the organization.
• • As a key member of the Professional Services Operations team, your primary responsibility will be to support the operational backbone of our service delivery. This involves running essential operational cadences, such as weekly and monthly operating reviews, and ensuring that all reporting metrics are up-to-date and accurate. You will be responsible for producing recurring operational reports, including scorecards, capacity and utilization reports, and delivery health dashboards, providing leadership with the critical data needed to steer the business effectively.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves resource planning and staffing support. You will coordinate the complex workflows associated with project staffing, meticulously maintain allocation plans, and actively support recurring resourcing huddles. Furthermore, you will be the go-to person for ad-hoc resourcing requests, ensuring that our delivery teams are optimally staffed to meet client demands and project timelines. This requires a proactive approach to understanding project needs and available resources.
• • You will also play a vital role in operational execution, ensuring consistency and efficiency in project setup and ongoing operational tasks. This includes managing onboarding processes for new projects and team members, maintaining hygiene in time entry systems, overseeing approvals and locks, tracking Paid Time Off (PTO), coordinating meeting logistics for operational reviews, and supporting the escalation cadence. Your attention to detail will be paramount in these areas.
• • Process improvement and documentation are core to this position. You will be responsible for maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), developing checklists, and creating comprehensive internal documentation. A key objective will be to identify opportunities for workflow improvements, aiming to reduce manual effort, increase consistency, and enhance overall operational efficiency. This involves a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to translate process needs into practical solutions.
• • Cross-functional coordination is essential for success. You will partner closely with PS leadership, the Project Management Office (PMO), Finance, IT, and various tooling owners. This collaboration ensures clean handoffs between departments, maintains data integrity across systems, and facilitates the timely resolution of any operational issues that may arise. Building strong working relationships across these functions will be critical.
• • Additionally, you will provide essential support for our partner operations. This includes assisting with partner onboarding and offboarding workflows, managing operational coordination for partners, and ensuring compliance. You will be involved in handling documentation, processing access requests, managing compliance steps, and providing support for utilization and time audits as needed. This aspect of the role requires an understanding of how to integrate partner activities into our broader operational framework.
