- • Lead and manage consulting services projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and organizational objectives.
- • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report status updates to stakeholders.
- • Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing proactive risk management strategies.
- • Coach and mentor junior project managers to enhance team capabilities and service delivery standards.
- • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical, operational, and business teams.
- • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
- • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- • Oversee financial management, including invoicing, payments, and budget adherence.
- • Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in project management or consulting services.
- • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects involving technology implementation and business transformation.
- • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence and guide teams effectively.
- • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- • Demonstrated success in managing project finances, budgets, and resource allocation.
- • PMP certification or equivalent professional credential preferred.
