- • Coordinate delivery across multiple healthcare programmes and workstreams, ensuring alignment to schedules, milestones, and priorities in public sector environments.
- • Maintain comprehensive visibility into programme risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery status across end-to-end lifecycle stages from discovery to stabilization.
- • Support governance forums, steering committees, and stage-gate processes by preparing decision-ready dashboards, executive packs, and reporting materials.
- • Develop, structure, and maintain high-quality technical and operational documentation including implementation guides, process flows, runbooks, knowledge articles, and governance artefacts.
- • Translate complex technical and clinical concepts into clear, consumable documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs (technical, integration, business, clinical) to gather, validate, and refine content for accurate and consistent artefacts.
- • Manage central repositories (SharePoint, Confluence) for programme documentation, ensuring version control, standardization, and accessibility.
- • Support knowledge transfer and handover to operational and BAU teams through comprehensive, well-structured documentation.
- • Identify documentation gaps and drive continuous improvement in quality, usability, and consistency across all programme artefacts.
- • Track actions, approvals, and follow-ups to maintain momentum and accountability across delivery teams and vendor partnerships.
- • Consolidate inputs from internal teams, vendors, and health service stakeholders into unified programme-level views for reporting and decision-making.
- • Support stakeholder alignment, communication planning, training coordination, and readiness activities across large-scale digital health programmes.
- • Monitor and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner to ensure programme continuity and compliance with governance frameworks.
- • Ensure all reporting is accurate, complete, and presented in a format that enables informed executive and operational decisions.
- • Operate within a structured PMO environment to strengthen governance discipline, reporting consistency, and transparency across ANZ healthcare programmes.
- • Travel approximately 10–30% to office locations or customer sites as required for programme delivery and stakeholder engagement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business, IT, or a related field
- • 3–7 years’ experience in PMO, program coordination, project support, or technical documentation roles
- • Demonstrated experience producing technical or implementation documentation in delivery environments
- • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence
- • PRINCE2, PMP, PMBOK, or PMI certification preferred
- • Experience working with cross-functional SMEs in healthcare or public sector programmes highly desirable
