- • As Program Development Director for Platform Services at Awin Group AG, you will drive growth and development of the ICP cohort of self-service customers, serving as a strategic engine for the company’s overall growth by scaling value across thousands of advertisers and ensuring predictable revenue at scale.
- • Day to day, you will lead the department’s performance, set OKRs aligned with Business Unit and Group strategies, develop client partnership models, interpret data from large portfolios to drive performance strategies, identify high-growth opportunities and risks, and collaborate with Product, Finance, CRM, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- • You will join a fast-paced, highly collaborative Business Unit within Awin Group AG, a global affiliate marketing platform connecting advertisers and publishers worldwide, where you’ll report directly to the Vice President of the Platform Business Unit and serve as part of the senior management team, bringing large-account expertise into the organization’s DNA.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership excellence by mentoring and coaching direct reports, shaping talent management to match business needs, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with Awin values, and creating a market-leading work environment while driving measurable impact on customer retention, revenue growth, and strategic scalability.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of professional experience in the digital space, with at least 4 years at a senior level within an affiliate network or agency
- • Direct experience working with large clients and a proven track record of developing and delivering account management services in digital marketing
- • Strong leadership experience managing or leading a team of 20+ people in an international and hybrid setup
- • Proven senior-level relationship-building skills, both internally and externally, with commercial orientation and strategic awareness
- • Excellent understanding of monetisation levers within an affiliate commercial model and strong analytical experience with a data-led decision-making default
