📋 Description

• As a Program Director: AI Delivery at Toloka AI, you will own and scale the execution of complex AI data projects across a major client portfolio, ensuring operational excellence and flawless delivery that drives client satisfaction and revenue growth.
• You will execute complex project portfolios from scoping through delivery, manage gross margin targets, partner with Business Development to convert prospects into successful deliveries, direct delivery teams and project managers, drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, and manage client relationships during project execution to ensure smooth communication and address challenges.
• Toloka AI is a remote-first, globally distributed startup with 200 talented people across the USA, UK, Netherlands, Israel, Czech Republic, Serbia, and more, with offices in Amsterdam and Belgrade, creating data that powers leading GenAI models for Big Tech, AI startups, enterprises, and non-profit research organizations.
• You will develop exceptional operational leadership skills, deepen your expertise in AI and GenAI delivery, work alongside ex-Google, McKinsey, QuantumBlack, and Bain professionals, and directly impact revenue growth by turning business development wins into delivered value for high-stakes AI clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of AI and GenAI technology and market trends, with basic knowledge of statistics, ML, and data science
• Industry experience in tech, startups, or as a founder
• Background in STEM with a BS or MS in computer science, maths, physics, or related field
• Strong consulting toolkit with at least two years of experience in a top-3 consultancy at Engagement Manager level or equivalent

• Competitive base salary range of USD 160k – 210k per year for US-based candidates, benchmarked to local market rates
