- • As a Program Executive for Airline IT Transformation in APAC at Sabre Global Technologies and Services Private Limited, you will lead high-impact, multi-million-dollar enterprise transformation programs that are pivotal to the future of airline technology. You will be responsible for guiding strategic airline customers through complex legacy migrations—shifting them from outdated, rigid PNR-driven reservation systems to SabreMosaic, our AI-native, cloud-native Offer and Order retailing platform. This role is critical in setting the benchmark for how Sabre delivers next-generation travel solutions, directly influencing airline efficiency, retailing innovation, and traveler experience across the Asia-Pacific region.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading massive, multi-year enterprise programs involving intricate legacy system migrations and evolving workstreams; managing delivery milestones with strategic judgment as the SabreMosaic platform matures concurrently with implementation; acting as an internal forcing function to align product, engineering, commercial, and Google Cloud teams to ensure customer commitments are met with delivery capabilities; translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business narratives for airline CxOs to build trust and influence executive decision-making; and governing program outcomes by identifying and mitigating strategic risks across diverse cultures, time zones, and matrixed organizational structures.
- • You will join a global Airline IT team that operates with an inclusive, flexible, and collaborative culture, where boldness, curiosity, and commitment are core values. 🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 15 years of experience in senior technology leadership roles delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- • Deep understanding of airline industry dynamics, particularly the transition from rigid PNR-based systems to modern, cloud-native Offer and Order retailing models.
- • Conceptual technical fluency in API orchestration, cloud-native architectures, and data flow within AI-ML powered decision systems.
- • Proven ability to build trust and influence C-level executives (CEOs, CxOs) by aligning technical solutions with strategic business outcomes.
- • Exceptional cultural intelligence with a demonstrated track record of driving win-win-win outcomes that benefit customer transformation, Sabre’s platform strategy, and broader product evolution.
