- • Lead the scoping, road-mapping, and execution of the company’s top strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with executive leadership goals.
- • Define clear scope and objectives for high-visibility, large-scale cross-functional programs and secure stakeholder and team buy-in.
- • Translate customer and operational needs into actionable program roadmaps with measurable milestones and deliverables.
- • Build, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to drive program success.
- • Ensure consistent engagement and collaboration with Product Delivery Office, Business Delivery Teams, Project Managers, and key business stakeholders.
- • Evaluate program performance by analyzing financial projections versus actual results, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and interpreting trend data.
- • Communicate program progress, risks, and outcomes clearly and consistently to executive leadership, Association management, and general staff.
- • Partner with the Change Enablement team to champion and institutionalize standards for effective organizational change.
- • Supervise professional, technical, and clerical employees in a matrixed environment, providing technical guidance, training, and independent decision-making.
- • Work under general direction of Transformation Management while exercising significant autonomy in program execution.
- • Perform all job duties remotely, with occasional travel required for team meetings and in-person collaboration.
- • Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- • Utilize computers and phones extensively to manage programs, coordinate teams, and report on progress.
- • Adhere to standard business hours with occasional weekend or evening work as needed to meet program deadlines.
- • Demonstrate ability to sit for extended periods, use hands and fingers, reach in all directions, and lift up to 40 pounds as required for office tasks and hardware setup.
- • Interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, from frontline staff to C-suite executives.
- • Ensure compliance with all company policies and equal opportunity employment standards.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 10 years of total work experience (including internships)
- • Minimum 5 years of program management experience (including leading on-site consulting teams)
- • Consulting experience
- • Strong history of relationship management
- • MBA, Master’s Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work history
- • IT Program Management Experience
