- • Program Manager-5 at Centific Global Technologies Pte. Ltd. is a pivotal role supporting the rapidly growing Onsite Data Collection organization, responsible for defining foundational structures, implementing standardized processes, and acting as a thought leader across the organization.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing multiple data collection projects locally and globally, serving as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams (PMs, Delivery Director, HR, finance, IT), setting daily production reporting methods, reviewing key data, compiling and approving timekeeping records, managing time-off requests, driving Lean implementation, monitoring project budgets, approving equipment requests and spending, conducting interviews for PM and SPM-level positions, addressing financial project issues, ensuring process coverage, initiating process improvements, eliminating waste, reviewing End of Day reporting, and meeting or exceeding KPIs.

- • In this role, the individual will gain deep expertise in managing large-scale data collection operations, strengthen cross-functional leadership skills, drive process optimization and efficiency initiatives, contribute to scalable AI infrastructure, and play a key role in shaping the operational foundation of a high-growth AI data organization while working with global clients and cutting-edge GenAI technologies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years experience in project and resource management
- • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- • Experience with using Mac OS
- • Experience managing and strengthening client relationships as the primary point of contact
- • Problem-solver with ability to provide clear suggestions/feedback and triage technical issues
- • Ability to understand/give directions and perform time-bound tasks accurately and efficiently
- • Detail-oriented problem-solving mindset
- • Organized and able to work independently within a team environment
- • Ability to contribute innovative ideas regarding process, workflow, and automation
