• • The Program Manager leads complex, cross-line of business initiatives that require coordination across multiple teams, disciplines, and operational functions, ensuring large-scale or multi-workstream programs are aligned, sequenced properly, and executed with consistency across the organization.
• • Day to day, the role involves managing interdependencies between teams, driving accountability for outcomes spanning multiple functions, and ensuring programs are executed with consistency—without owning client strategy or day-to-day delivery tasks.
