📋 Description

• Join phData, a dynamic and innovative leader in the modern data stack, partnering with major cloud data platforms like Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, Fivetran, Pinecone, Glean, and dbt to deliver cutting-edge services and solutions to global enterprises.
• As a Senior Program Manager, you will oversee multiple high-visibility projects leveraging varying SDLCs, ensuring alignment across internal teams (sales and delivery) and key customer/partner stakeholders, while managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives for data and AI projects.

• In this role, you will drive account growth, lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, own project and portfolio financials, develop deep account understanding, and enhance phData’s best practices, playbooks, and templates while fostering leadership and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of Technical Program Management delivering complex, multi-workstream initiatives with hands-on ownership of customer relationships, timelines, scope, budgets, and resources for data and AI projects.
• Proven ability to manage 4-5 customers concurrently while maintaining 85%+ billable utilization and a consistent record of on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Hands-on Portfolio/Program Management expertise with Agile methodologies and strong understanding of Waterfall, including the ability to select and tailor approaches for outcomes.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Microsoft 365 (Excel), along with strong technical and process documentation skills.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, producing executive-ready updates and driving clear decision-making with C-level stakeholders.
• Direct client-facing experience in a consulting or professional services organization, including navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
