📋 Description
- • As a Program Manager – Community Programs (Execution-Focused) at Alteryx, you will serve as a highly organized, detail-oriented execution lead responsible for executing and orchestrating scalable, customer-facing programs that drive customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth.
- • You will oversee end-to-end execution of digital community programs such as Community Live and User Groups, managing all execution details including program calendars, session readiness, speaker coordination, registration setup, promotional timelines, and ensuring content reaches the right customer audiences at the appropriate lifecycle stage.
- • You will partner closely with Community, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to deliver the right content through the right channels, proactively identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies while tracking and analyzing program performance to inform improvements.
- • You will bring structure to complex initiatives, identify opportunities to streamline processes and scale delivery, take on stretch assignments, and collaborate with global teams across time zones to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences while adapting quickly to changing priorities.
