- • The Program Manager - Insurance Experience role at Baldwin Technology Company Inc. is a high-visibility position responsible for leading multi-million-dollar, multi-workstream programs that drive strategic initiatives from concept to delivery across insurance operations, technology, and partner ecosystems. This role is critical to ensuring complex, cross-functional programs are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality, directly supporting the organization’s strategic goals and stakeholder needs.
- • Day to day, the Program Manager will lead agile cross-functional teams of systems developers, software engineers, test engineers, and operations staff; define program scope, goals, milestones, budgets, and resource plans; monitor project actuals to prevent cost overruns; proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; facilitate governance meetings and steering committee updates; produce executive-ready status reports and dashboards; partner with business process owners to define roadmaps; manage vendor relationships and contracts; mentor team members; and influence PMO standards and best practices.

- • In this role, the individual will develop advanced expertise in managing large-scale, regulated technology programs in financial services and insurance; strengthen leadership and stakeholder management capabilities at the executive level; gain deep experience in Agile and hybrid SDLC environments; refine skills in budgeting, vendor management, and PMO governance; and contribute directly to organizational strategy by ensuring programs deliver measurable business outcomes, compliance, and operational excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of progressive experience in program management, portfolio management, or senior project management roles within financial services, insurance, or a similarly regulated industry
- • Bachelor's degree in business administration or information technology preferred
- • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- • Experience managing large-scale compliance or regulatory programs (e.g., PCI, IAM, data governance)
- • Proficiency in Agile and traditional (Waterfall) project management methodologies
- • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical details into executive-ready narratives
