- • As a Program Manager at Jabil, you will lead strategic initiatives for defined customers or users, managing multi-functional project teams and ensuring full accountability for project budgets, schedules, and performance requirements for enterprise-level projects.
- • Day to day, you will gather and translate project requirements, build and guide project teams, collaborate with internal and external customers, align program goals with stakeholder input, review schedules, manage resources and budgets, track KPIs, drive task completion, coordinate risk mitigation, forecast financial and HR needs, report status and variances, and drive continuous improvement through metrics and trend analysis.
