đź“‹ Description
- • HighLevel is a rapidly growing, AI-powered, all-in-one white-label sales and marketing platform that empowers agencies, entrepreneurs, and businesses to elevate their digital presence and drive growth. We proudly support a global community of over 2 million businesses, providing them with the essential tools to capture, nurture, and convert leads into loyal customers. Our platform's immense scale is evident in its daily processing of over 4 billion API hits and more than 2.5 billion message events, managing a vast 470 terabytes of data across five databases, operating with over 250 microservices, and supporting over 1 million hostnames.
- • Our People team is a global force, comprising over 1,500 team members spread across more than 15 countries, operating within a remote-first environment. We are dedicated to building more than just software; we are fostering a global community grounded in creativity, collaboration, and tangible impact. Our culture is one where innovation is encouraged, ideas are celebrated, and our people are always our top priority, irrespective of their geographical location.
- • The impact of our platform is significant, facilitating over 1.5 billion messages, assisting in the generation of over 200 million leads, and enabling over 20 million conversations for the 2 million businesses we serve monthly. Behind these impressive figures are individuals who are growing their companies, connecting with their customers, and making their mark – and HighLevel is instrumental in helping them achieve this.
- • We are seeking a Program Manager, People to act as the agile "engine room" for our People organization. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff in the CPO’s Office, you will lead a lean, high-impact Project Management Office (PMO). Your primary responsibility will be to translate strategic vision into disciplined, effective execution.
- • This is not a routine administrative position; it is a senior individual contributor role designed for a specialist who excels at solving complex, cross-functional challenges. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle across multiple HR domains, ensuring that our most critical initiatives are implemented successfully and sustainably.
- • The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding and obsession with the internal customer experience, viewing every process, toolkit, and rollout through the eyes of the employee and manager. You must demonstrate mastery in applying "just enough" governance, providing the necessary structure and documentation for executive oversight while maintaining the agility required to adapt instantly within our fast-paced, high-growth setting.
- • This role is crucial because HighLevel operates at a rapid pace, and while speed is essential, it must be coupled with structure to avoid friction. You will serve as the vital link between "what" we aim to achieve and "how" it is actually accomplished. By establishing agile governance and process rigor, you will ensure that the People team's efforts are correctly sequenced, adequately resourced, and delivered with exceptional quality.
- • Your contribution is vital in protecting our culture of Customer Obsession. By meticulously managing dependencies and proactively identifying and mitigating risks, you will prevent "initiative fatigue" among our teams. This ensures that every new program is perceived as a valuable addition rather than an unnecessary burden. Ultimately, you will be the architect of our operational backbone, empowering the CPO’s Office to scale with precision and driving measurable impact that keeps our talent and our business consistently ahead of the curve.
- • Key responsibilities include developing and implementing program management frameworks and methodologies tailored to the People function, ensuring alignment with HighLevel’s agile and high-growth operational model.
- • You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key People initiatives, such as HR system implementations, organizational design projects, policy rollouts, and talent management programs, from inception to completion.
- • This involves defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders across the People team and the wider organization.
- • You will proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- • Facilitating clear and consistent communication among project teams, stakeholders, and leadership is paramount, providing regular status updates, progress reports, and executive summaries.
- • You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, charters, status reports, and post-project reviews, ensuring knowledge capture and continuous improvement.
- • Driving cross-functional collaboration and alignment is key, working closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of People initiatives.
- • You will champion best practices in project management and agile methodologies within the People organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for People programs and projects, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- • Managing project budgets and resource allocation effectively to ensure initiatives are delivered within scope and on time.
- • Acting as a trusted advisor to the CPO’s Office and People leadership on program management best practices and strategic execution.
- • Ensuring that all People programs and projects are designed and implemented with a strong focus on employee experience and manager enablement.
- • Continuously evaluating and refining project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in a dynamic environment.
- • You will be instrumental in ensuring that HighLevel’s People operations scale effectively to support rapid business growth, maintaining a high standard of operational excellence and strategic alignment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager, ideally within a People/HR function or in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
- • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
- • Strong understanding of HR domains and processes (e.g., talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, HRIS, organizational development).
- • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet) and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive execution in a dynamic environment.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
- • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
- • Generous paid time off (PTO) and company holidays.
- • Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.
- • Remote-first work environment with flexibility.
- • Access to cutting-edge technology and tools.
