- • As a Program Manager for ICF International supporting the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), you will serve as the primary liaison between ICF and federal stakeholders, ensuring mission-critical initiatives are executed with precision, compliance, and strategic alignment in a high-stakes national security environment.
- • You will lead end-to-end program operations, including scope, schedule, budget, and performance management, while overseeing cleared personnel, mitigating risks, and maintaining readiness for audits and government reviews to guarantee on-time, high-quality delivery of complex federal programs.
- • Your role will involve preparing and delivering executive-level briefings, managing financial resources, supporting business development efforts, and fostering collaborative partnerships across internal teams and external government clients to drive mission success and organizational growth.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing complex federal or Department of Defense (DoD) programs (10+ years), with demonstrated success overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and performance in a mission-driven environment.
- • Bachelor’s degree in a Technical Field and an active Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI eligibility.
- • Must reside in the United States, be authorized to work in the U.S., and perform all work within the U.S., including adherence to ICF’s location monitoring and foreign access restrictions.

- • Competitive pay range of $144,381.00 to $245,448.00 based on full-time employment, reflecting experience, skills, certifications, and geographic factors.
