  • • As a Program Manager for Salesforce Federal Delivery at Gem.com, Inc., you will be instrumental in leading the successful execution of complex Federal Salesforce Public Sector solutions. This contingent role, dependent on a successful bid award, places you at the forefront of delivering critical digital transformation initiatives for government clients.
  • • You will be the linchpin for managing the entire lifecycle of the program, ensuring that scope, schedule, budget, and all compliance requirements are meticulously met across multiple interconnected projects. Your primary accountability is to ensure that the program's deliverables are not only aligned with the overarching mission objectives of our federal clients but also strictly adhere to contractual obligations and the strategic vision for the program.
  • • This position demands a robust blend of leadership acumen, rigorous governance practices, and sophisticated planning capabilities. You will operate at the crucial intersection of business strategy, cutting-edge digital delivery, and adept client management, translating complex requirements into tangible, successful outcomes.
  • • A core responsibility will be serving as the primary point of contact for cleared Federal stakeholders. This involves fostering clear, consistent, and strategic communication, ensuring alignment on all Salesforce-related goals and objectives, and building strong, trust-based relationships.
  • • You will be tasked with diligently tracking key program performance metrics. This includes developing and presenting transparent, timely, and insightful executive-level status reports and comprehensive program dashboards to both our Federal clients and internal leadership, providing a clear view of progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • • Ensuring that all program documentation, deliverables, and reporting meet stringent Federal standards is paramount. This encompasses adherence to specific security protocols and reporting mandates relevant to Salesforce environments, guaranteeing compliance and data integrity.
  • • Collaboration is key to success. You will work hand-in-hand with a diverse team of architects, developers, Business Analysts (BAs), and Quality Assurance (QA) resources, fostering a cohesive and high-performing environment to drive overall program success.
  • • Proactive risk and issue management is a critical component of this role. You will be expected to identify potential roadblocks early, escalate critical risks and issues with urgency, and implement strategic, effective mitigation plans to keep the program on track.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7-10 years of IT program or project management experience, preferably in large-scale Federal environments.
  • • 3-5 years of proven experience managing programs that utilize Salesforce Government Cloud Plus, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or Agentforce.
  • • Strong strategic planning, governance, and organizational skills.
  • • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
  • • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs in cleared delivery environments.
  • • US Citizenship Required, with ability and willingness to obtain security clearance(s).
  • • Bachelor’s degree required.
