- • As a Program Manager and Testing Lead at Sand Cherry Associates, you will play a critical role in overseeing an enterprise-wide initiative that ensures the integrity, integration, and success of complex system transformations through rigorous testing and strategic program management.
- • You will define, document, execute, and track test strategies across multiple legacy and acquired systems, lead cross-functional coordination between HR, IT, Finance, Security, and external vendors, manage defect lifecycles, and deliver executive-level reporting on test progress, risks, and readiness for go-live.
- • Sand Cherry Associates specializes in delivering customer-centric, digitally native solutions through high-energy, skilled teams, and this role supports their mission by ensuring technical reliability and stakeholder confidence in large-scale digital transformations.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise test strategy, data validation, system integration testing, and executive communication while driving quality outcomes for high-visibility programs and building leadership presence in a consulting environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience with project/program management in planning, defining, and documenting testing progress
- • Strong experience with test strategy and creating detailed test plans in a large enterprise organization
- • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and SmartSheet required
- • Experience with data testing, system integration, and support is required
- • Knowledgeable in MS PowerPoint creating and presenting executive-level communications is required
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or similar field
