- • As a Program Manager V (Contract) at Bounteous Holdings LLC, you will drive your own portfolio of work while supporting the PMO team to ensure world-class project delivery and operational excellence.
- • Day to day, you will lead cultural change by modeling transparency and integrity, co-own the Front Door Process to prioritize work requests, define and promote project planning standards, and oversee project scoping, sizing, cost-benefit analysis, and budgeting across digital experiences.
- • You will work within a global team of over 4,000 experts across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA, partnering with leading technology providers to deliver innovative digital solutions in Strategy, Analytics, Digital Engineering, Cloud, Data & AI, Experience Design, and Marketing.
- • In this role, you will develop measurable criteria for process improvements, optimize and govern tools like JIRA and Clarity, lead strategic digital initiative launches end-to-end, and strengthen integration efforts in a matrix environment by building strong relationships with business and technical partners.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience driving end-to-end digital project portfolios and managing complex initiatives in a consulting or technology environment.
- • Expertise in project and portfolio management tools such as JIRA and Clarity, including optimization, automation, and governance.
- • Strong ability to define, document, and promote project planning, execution, and reporting standards across cross-functional teams.
- • Experience contributing to digital portfolio-level reporting and turning data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- • Demonstrated skill in working within matrix environments with high ambiguity, fostering collaboration between business and technical stakeholders.
