- • The Program Strategy & Implementation Lead Consultant at Allstate drives business results through expert process management, project leadership, and change management to support strategic initiatives across the enterprise.
- • Day to day, the role involves managing programs to align project decisions with business outcomes, improving Net Promoter Score and IIF commitments, collaborating with AORs across the organization, supporting strategic vision through roadmaps and business cases, reporting on success metrics, and enabling continuous improvement via retrospectives and feedback loops.
- • The individual partners with technology and business teams to contribute to product architecture, engage in paired programming and test-driven development for service-based queries, and establish CI/CD best practices while serving as a domain expert.
- • This role offers the opportunity to shape enterprise-wide strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, gain deep exposure to insurance product lifecycle management, and develop leadership in change adoption and technical delivery within a Fortune 500 organization committed to innovation and social responsibility.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5 or more years of relevant experience
- • Expertise in process improvement, project management, and change management
- • Strong understanding of insurance products and business domains
- • Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams, including participation in paired programming and test-driven development
- • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and software delivery best practices
- • Skill in driving adoption through stakeholder communication and retrospective facilitation
