- • As a Programmatic Account Manager – Key Accounts at Samba TV, you will be at the forefront of transforming the advertising landscape by leveraging our unparalleled first-party data and cutting-edge technology. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and expand deep, strategic relationships with Samba TV’s most significant brand direct clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value and ROI from our comprehensive suite of audience targeting and measurement solutions.
- • You will act as the primary point of contact for these key accounts, understanding their unique business objectives, advertising challenges, and strategic goals. This involves proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their campaigns, optimize their media spend, and drive measurable business outcomes through Samba TV’s innovative platform.
- • A crucial aspect of your role will be to collaborate closely with the Sales team, providing dedicated support to our Media and Entertainment, and Technology sector clients. You will be instrumental in developing and executing sophisticated audience activation strategies tailored to the specific needs of these industries, ensuring seamless integration with their existing planning, activation, and measurement workflows.
- • Your expertise in programmatic advertising will be essential in guiding clients through the complexities of audience segmentation, data activation, and campaign performance analysis. You will educate clients on best practices, new product features, and emerging trends within the programmatic ecosystem, positioning Samba TV as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
- • You will be responsible for driving a seamless and exceptional experience for our agency partners across all stages of the campaign lifecycle, from initial planning and strategic development to campaign activation, ongoing optimization, and post-campaign measurement and reporting. This includes ensuring clear communication, timely execution, and proactive problem-solving.
- • Success in this role will be directly measured by your ability to foster strong client satisfaction, ensure high retention rates among our largest customers, and drive significant account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of client performance metrics and demonstrate the tangible impact of Samba TV’s solutions on their business objectives.
- • You will analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients to improve their advertising effectiveness. This includes developing comprehensive reports and presentations that clearly articulate campaign results, key learnings, and strategic next steps.
- • You will serve as a vital internal advocate for your key accounts, relaying client feedback and market insights to internal teams, including Product, Engineering, and Sales, to inform product development and strategic initiatives.
- • This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who can manage multiple complex client relationships simultaneously, navigate a fast-paced environment, and consistently deliver exceptional service and strategic value.
- • You will contribute to the overall success of the Account Management team by sharing best practices, collaborating on client strategies, and supporting team initiatives.
