📋 Description
- • As a Programmatic Account Manager for NorCal at StackAdapt, you will serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients across diverse verticals, driving post-sales success through campaign management, user adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities.
- • Day to day, you will design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform, set up and traffic advertising campaigns including third-party tag implementation and pixel troubleshooting, provide regular reporting and strategic optimizations to meet KPIs, participate in upselling initiatives, and deliver strategic thought leadership through client advisory, presentations, QBRs, and training sessions, with up to 20% travel.
- • You will join a remote-first, inclusive team at StackAdapt, a leading AI-powered marketing platform recognized for innovation, award-winning customer service, and high-performing campaigns, with headquarters in Toronto and a strong presence in London, supporting forward-thinking marketers globally.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in programmatic media buying, strengthen client relationship and account management skills, gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Client Services, and develop strategic advisory capabilities while contributing to measurable campaign ROI and client satisfaction.
