  • • As a Programmatic Account Manager, Political, you will be a cornerstone of our post-sales client engagement strategy, reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Client Services. Your primary focus will be on fostering deep client relationships, driving user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, meticulously managing campaigns, ensuring client retention, and identifying opportunities for account expansion. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Client Service support teams, and various cross-functional departments to maximize the return on investment (ROI) for our valued customers.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your programmatic media buying expertise to optimize campaigns and develop innovative solutions that elevate campaign performance. You will be instrumental in supporting clients within the dynamic political and public affairs sectors, navigating the complexities and fast-paced nature of election cycles. StackAdapt operates as a Remote First company, and we are seeking talented individuals located anywhere within the United States to join our distributed team.
  • • Your core responsibilities will include serving as the primary point of contact for your dedicated portfolio of clients within the political and public affairs vertical. You will be tasked with designing and executing tactical campaign strategies directly within the StackAdapt platform, ensuring each campaign is tailored for maximum impact.
  • • A critical aspect of your role will be ensuring the success of political campaigns by providing timely and insightful performance reporting, implementing rapid and effective optimizations, and developing strategic solutions that are precisely aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to election cycles. This proactive approach is essential for navigating the high-stakes environment of political advertising.
  • • You will continuously analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, uncover new opportunities for growth and optimization, and proactively address any potential issues. Your analytical skills will be key to driving superior results for our clients.
  • • Supporting clients through the technical intricacies of campaign setup is paramount. This includes assisting with third-party tag implementation, creating and troubleshooting pixels, and ensuring all technical aspects are flawlessly executed for seamless campaign delivery. Your technical acumen will be a significant asset to our clients.
  • • You will play a vital role in identifying and capitalizing on upsell opportunities within your political client base. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development of essential tools, streamlined processes, and enhanced reporting mechanisms designed to improve operational efficiency, particularly during peak campaign periods and busy election cycles.
  • • Leading client stewardship through engaging in-person and virtual meetings, delivering compelling presentations, conducting thorough Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and providing comprehensive training sessions will be central to your client management responsibilities. You will be the trusted face of StackAdapt for your clients.
  • • Ultimately, you will provide strategic thought leadership, acting as a trusted advisor to your clients, helping them navigate the evolving landscape of digital advertising and achieve their ambitious political objectives through the power of StackAdapt's platform.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven expertise in real-time bidding (RTB) and programmatic advertising, with a strong understanding of Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and Ad Networks.
  • • Hands-on experience managing programmatic media campaigns directly through a DSP as a self-serve user.
  • • Demonstrated success in managing political client relationships and a track record of driving revenue growth within this sector.
  • • Ability to quickly understand and clearly communicate complex technical concepts and platform functionalities.
  • • Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends, strategies, and best practices, particularly as they apply to political campaigns.
  • • Experience analyzing complex datasets to extract actionable insights and inform campaign strategy.
  • • Comfort and proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, especially during critical periods like election cycles.
