📋 Description

• As a Programmatic Account Manager at StackAdapt, you will serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients across diverse verticals, driving post-sales success through platform adoption, campaign management, and strategic optimization to ensure measurable ROI and long-term retention.
• Day to day, you will design and traffic programmatic campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, implement third-party tags and pixels, analyze performance data to recommend optimizations, conduct client meetings (both virtual and in-person), lead Quarterly Business Reviews, and identify upselling opportunities while collaborating with Account Executives and cross-functional teams.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in programmatic advertising, develop strategic client advisory skills, gain hands-on experience with DSP platforms and campaign analytics, and contribute directly to client retention and revenue growth while accessing continuous learning through internal certifications and professional development support.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network)
• Experience running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or executing campaigns via a DSP as a self-serve user
• Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence with a focus on retention and revenue growth
• Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge
• Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas
• Experience working with complex databases is a plus
