- • As a Programmatic Manager at Billups LLC, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s programmatic Out-of-Home (OOH) media operations by creating data-driven proposals, managing campaigns across multiple DSP platforms, and optimizing performance to meet KPIs tied to revenue, margin, and client satisfaction. - • You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign lifecycle management — from responding to RFPs with tailored programmatic proposals and building campaigns in DSPs, to ongoing optimization, troubleshooting, reporting, and client education — ensuring seamless execution that aligns with both client goals and Billups’ commitment to precision, innovation, and measurable impact in the real-world media landscape.
- • The Programmatic team at Billups operates within a global, fast-moving, and fiercely independent organization of 400+ employees across 20+ countries, where patented technology and proprietary AI are leveraged to transform traditional OOH into a high-precision, data-centric channel. You’ll collaborate closely with media, business, and client services teams to drive growth, uphold financial accountability, and foster a culture of continuous learning and tactical excellence.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in programmatic OOH ecosystems, master advanced DSP platforms and PMP negotiations, sharpen your financial acumen in media billing and forecasting, and develop leadership skills through cross-functional training, workshop facilitation, and mentorship — positioning you as a trusted advisor who bridges technology, strategy, and client value in one of the most innovative sectors of modern advertising.
- • What the person will do day to day:
- • Create programmatic proposals in response to RFPs from the Billups media team, translating client objectives into scalable, data-informed OOH strategies using proprietary tools and AI-driven insights.
- • Build and launch programmatic campaigns across multiple DSP seats utilized by Billups, ensuring correct setup, targeting, pacing, and compliance with brand and vendor requirements.
- • Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot active programmatic campaigns in real time, adjusting bids, creatives, and inventory to meet performance goals and KPIs related to delivery, viewability, and audience engagement.
- • Generate detailed campaign reports for internal stakeholders and clients, analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and recommending optimizations to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- • Negotiate Private Marketplace (PMP) deals with media suppliers, leveraging market knowledge and relationship management to secure premium inventory at favorable terms while maintaining margin integrity.
- • Engage new and existing clients through demo calls and introductory meetings to educate them on Billups’ emerging programmatic tech products and services, fostering adoption and upsell opportunities.
- • Collaborate with the Media team to maintain accurate revenue and margin tracking, forecasting, and reconciliation, ensuring financial accountability and alignment with billing processes.
- • Lead and participate in team training sessions, workshops, and meetings to share best practices, onboard new tools, and strengthen collective expertise in programmatic OOH operations.
- • Maintain and update internal and external programmatic resources, including playbooks, SOPs, and client-facing materials, to ensure consistency, scalability, and knowledge retention across the team.

- • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining accuracy in financial documentation, billing processes, and budget forecasting for assigned accounts and brands.
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated tact and diplomacy in client, agency, and vendor interactions, plus the ability to adapt to rapid change and contribute positively to team culture.
