- • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of high-impact, cross-channel advertising campaigns that span Programmatic (Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, DV360), Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads & YouTube, and emerging digital placements. You will be the single point of accountability for campaign architecture, audience segmentation, creative rotation, bid strategy, and budget allocation.
- • Translate complex business objectives into data-driven media plans that maximize incremental reach, visibility, and profitable revenue growth. You will build quarterly road-maps, forecast performance scenarios, and set aggressive yet achievable KPIs that ladder up to Spreetail’s global ecommerce expansion goals.
- • Launch campaigns at scale—often managing annual media budgets in excess of $6 million—while maintaining rigorous daily oversight of pacing, frequency capping, viewability, and brand-safety standards. You will own the campaign calendar, ensuring that every dollar is deployed with surgical precision and every impression serves a strategic purpose.
- • Continuously optimize across creative, audience, placement, and bid dimensions using a test-and-learn philosophy. You will design multivariate experiments, interpret statistical significance, and iterate rapidly to unlock 10–20 % efficiency gains quarter over quarter.
- • Produce weekly performance narratives that go beyond raw metrics. You will translate dashboards into actionable insights for Merchandising, Brand Strategy, and PPC stakeholders, influencing upstream decisions on product mix, promotional cadence, and creative direction.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandisers to align inventory depth with media flighting, with brand strategists to ensure creative consistency, and with PPC managers to eliminate channel overlap and cannibalization. Your ability to speak both “data” and “brand” will make you a trusted advisor across the organization.
- • Establish and maintain best-practice documentation, SOPs, and naming conventions that enable seamless knowledge transfer and rapid onboarding of future team members. You will champion a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement within the remote-first advertising pod.
- • Monitor the evolving ad-tech landscape—new betas, policy changes, auction dynamics—and act as the internal evangelist for innovation. When a new DSP feature or attribution model emerges, you will evaluate, pilot, and scale it before competitors even know it exists.
- • Uphold strict compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, iOS ATT) and platform policies, ensuring every campaign is future-proofed against regulatory shifts. You will partner with legal and data teams to implement consent frameworks and maintain consumer trust.
- • Mentor junior media buyers and analysts by sharing advanced optimization tactics, Excel wizardry, and storytelling techniques. Your leadership will elevate the entire team’s capability and directly impact Spreetail’s reputation as a best-in-class performance marketing organization.
- • Leverage advanced analytics—SQL, pivot tables, visualization tools—to uncover granular insights that surface new revenue pockets. Whether it’s a hidden affinity audience or an under-utilized placement, you will find the edge that others miss.
- • Deliver executive-level reporting that distills multi-million-dollar spend into clear ROI narratives. You will present to C-suite stakeholders, defend strategic recommendations, and secure incremental budget for high-performing channels.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6 years of hands-on experience managing programmatic, Meta, and Google ad campaigns with proven success driving incremental reach and revenue growth
- • Demonstrated ownership of large-scale media budgets (≥ $6 M annually) and a track record of exceeding ROI and efficiency targets
- • Expert-level proficiency with Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads & YouTube
- • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel / Google Sheets knowledge; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a strong plus
- • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven, remote-first environment
